Payment Terms:
Comfort Clean Ear uses Stripe online payment system to enable the quick and secure payment for the services provided by this website. Whilst we do require a payment at time of booking for Nursing Home or Home Visits only, (appointment fee for Devonport Clinic bookings is payable at the conclusion of the appointment), should you cancel your booking and not wish to rebook the appointment a reversal of your payment will be made within 5 working days. (See cancellation policy below)
At times, a patient may experience a blocked feeling and aural fullness without actually having wax. We encourage all prospective patients to have their ears checked by a GP, Audiologist or Nurse to confirm wax is present before booking an appointment with Comfort Clean Ear. In the event that no wax is present at the time of consultation, the service fee will still stand as Comfort Clean Ear provides more than just a wax removal service. We educate our patients about aural hygiene, probable ear related issues giving rise to aural fullness etc and provide tailored ear health management. We also liaise with other medical professionals or allied health staff should the need arise.
Invoicing:
All receipts or invoices from Comfort Clean Ear are electronic, and emailed to the email address you have supplied to us. If you would like to receive a hard copy of any receipt, this can be arranged on request and posted to your mailing address.
Cancellation Policy:
We understand that it is not always possible to keep your appointment. All we ask is that you:
- Give us at least 24 hours notice so we can let someone else into your time slot
- If less than 24 hours notice is given a 50% fee may be charged
